Every case is checked directly before it's shared — through in-person visits, or by verifying documents with the relevant source, such as a hospital, pharmacy, or a university's Accounts Office. Original receipts and proof are collected and shared with donors once a case is closed.
Where does my donation actually go?
Funds are used exactly for the purpose stated in each case — medicine, fees, or a specific cost — with nothing deducted for overhead. For many cases, purchases are made directly by our team and delivered, rather than handing over cash.
How do you protect people's privacy?
Every case is shared only with the informed consent of the person being helped. Names and identifying details are withheld or concealed throughout, to protect their dignity.
